02 - Plastering Specifications - Business Hotel Plateau
Technical support for the specification and monitoring of plasterwork for an 80-room 3-star hotel. Selection of partition systems, linings, and false ceilings with acoustic and fire resistance requirements.
04 - DQE All Trades - Six-story Office Building
Completion of the DQE (design qualification document) for all trades for a seven-story office building with underground parking. Total surface area: 2,800 m² of office space + 1,200 m² of parking. Mission: prepare the consultation with contractors with a complete set of technical and financial specifications.
03 - Preliminary Measurement of Structural Work - Private Architect Villa
Detailed preliminary measurements and estimate of materials for the construction of a two-story villa with 320 m² of living space. The client (a private individual building his own home) needed precise quantities in order to purchase materials and negotiate with contractors.
