Legal review required before production: confirm the registered entity name and number, Data Protection Commission registration, publication director, production host and subprocessors, and final retention periods.
1. Purpose and acceptance
These terms govern access to and use of the Mesure Afrique website, rapid calculator, complete-estimate request, case tracking, technical resources, and contact features. Using the website means accepting these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
2. Access and availability
Public pages are generally available without an account. Mesure Afrique may maintain, modify, suspend, or secure all or part of the website when reasonably necessary. Continuous and error-free availability is not guaranteed.
3. Rapid calculations
Rapid-calculator results are indicative and depend entirely on the dimensions, stage, element, and dosage entered. They do not replace drawings, engineering calculations, site verification, professional judgement, or a complete quantity survey.
4. Complete estimate requests
Submitting a request does not itself create a commercial commitment. Scope, assumptions, exclusions, deliverables, timing, price, payment conditions, and validity are confirmed separately for each accepted request. Work begins only after the applicable commercial conditions are accepted.
5. User responsibilities
- Provide accurate, current, complete, and legible information and documents.
- Hold the rights and authorisations needed to submit project documents.
- Do not upload malicious, unlawful, infringing, or irrelevant content.
- Keep tracking codes confidential and promptly report suspected misuse.
6. Intellectual property
The website, brand, interface, texts, original resources, calculations, and software are protected. No right is transferred except the limited right to use the website for its intended purpose. Rights in customer documents remain with their lawful owners. Rights and permitted uses for paid deliverables are defined in the accepted commercial terms.
7. Liability
Users remain responsible for final project decisions, regulatory checks, professional approvals, and use of results. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mesure Afrique is not responsible for consequences caused by incomplete or inaccurate inputs, uncommunicated revisions, misuse of indicative results, third-party systems, or events beyond reasonable control.
8. Personal data and cookies
Processing is described in the Privacy policy and storage technologies in the Cookie policy.
9. Applicable law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, subject to any mandatory rules that apply. Parties should first attempt an amicable resolution by contacting contact@mesure-afrique.com. The competent forum must be confirmed by legal counsel before production.
