1. Data controller

2. Data we collect
- Identity and contact data: name, email address, telephone number, and message.
- Project data: project name, project type, requested work packages, constraints, and additional information.
- Project documents: drawings, written specifications, spreadsheets, archives, images, and technical files submitted for the requested service.
- Case data: tracking code, public status, messages, and deliverable metadata.
- Technical and security data: IP address and request information may be processed by hosting, security, and email infrastructure.
3. Why we use the data
Data is used to respond to enquiries, assess and prepare estimates, perform requested quantity-surveying work, receive and secure project documents, provide case tracking and deliverables, prevent abuse, maintain service security, and comply with applicable obligations.
4. Sharing and international processing
Access is limited to authorised Mesure Afrique personnel and service providers that are necessary for hosting, database storage, private-file storage, email delivery, security, and technical maintenance. The final providers and processing locations must be listed at deployment. Information is not sold.
5. Security and project documents
Uploaded documents are stored outside the public web directory. Access must be restricted to authorised staff, and deliverables must use controlled, expiring access. No internet transmission or storage system can provide an absolute guarantee; users should avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive data.
6. Retention
Contact, estimate, case, and document data is retained only for the period necessary to manage the request, provide the service, handle disputes, and meet accounting or legal obligations. Exact operational periods and the deletion schedule must be approved before production.
7. Your rights
Under Ghana’s Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843), individuals may request information about processing, access to their personal data, rectification, and—where applicable—object to specified processing or direct marketing.
