The assignment was completed for the project architect, who had been commissioned by the owner to establish the overall construction cost before work began.

The architect supplied Mesure Afrique with all graphic and written documents required to prepare the estimate.

The full estimate gives the owner a clear view of the budget before construction and helps the architect strengthen the relationship of trust with the client.
